Lighting & power additions to a Newcastle home architectural renovation
Customer need
The builder and project manager needed electrical work completed to a high standard, in keeping with the quality and finish of the wider renovation. The work required careful attention to detail, particularly when handling and installing fragile light fittings, as well as clear communication with the customer to ensure the results matched their vision.
What we did
- Installed quality light fittings throughout renovated portion of house.
- Provided all lights with dimming capabilities.
- Installed power outlets where needed.
- Mounted television and routed associated cables through wall cavity.
- Completed necessary switchboard additions to supply new equipment.
How it helped
Dimmable lighting throughout the renovated rooms, installed to the same standard as the rest of the renovation.
